What We Do at ThinkaBell

ThinkaBell started as a small project to build free, privacy-focused online tools that actually solve real problems. We're a tiny team — not a big corporation with support tiers and automated replies. Every tool on this site was built because someone on the team needed it, couldn't find a decent free option, or got frustrated with services that wanted an account just to resize an image. Today we maintain over thirty tools covering everything from CV generation and image compression to citation checking and color theme creation, all of them free, all of them running entirely in your browser. We don't sell your data, we don't have premium tiers, and we don't make you sign up just to use something. The whole point is that the tools should just work, no strings attached. That philosophy carries over into how we handle messages too — every email and form submission gets read by a real person who actually cares about the answer.

We're a small team behind these tools, and we actually read every message that comes in. Found a bug? Have an idea for a tool you wish existed? Just want to say something's broken in a citation format? Drop us a line. Your feedback shapes what we build next, so don't hold back.

Over the years, we've noticed that the best tool ideas come straight from user messages. A student mentioned needing a way to check citation formats across different styles — that conversation led to our citation checker. Someone asked if we could generate color palettes from a single hex value — that became the theme generator. Your input genuinely steers the direction of what we build, so there's no such thing as a message that's too small or too specific. If you're wondering whether something is possible inside a browser, we're wondering the same thing until we try building it. Even a two-line note saying "it'd be cool if you had a tool that..." gives us something to think about, and we keep a running list of every suggestion. You'd be surprised how many of our most popular features started as offhand comments in a contact form.

Frequently Asked Questions About Contacting Us

How quickly will I get a response?

We typically respond to messages within 48 to 72 hours on business days. During periods of high volume or holidays, it may take slightly longer. We prioritize messages related to critical bugs and data-related issues. Regardless of response time, please know that every message is read and considered by our team.

Can I request a new tool?

Tool requests are some of the most useful feedback we get. When submitting one, describe the tool's purpose, the problem it would solve, and any examples of similar tools you've used. We review all requests and prioritize the most popular ones.

I found a bug. How should I report it?

When reporting a bug, please include as much detail as possible: which tool you were using, what browser and device you were on, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are extremely helpful. The more information you provide, the faster we can diagnose and fix the issue.

Do you offer partnerships or integrations?

We are open to exploring partnerships that align with our mission of providing free, privacy-respecting tools. If you represent an organization interested in collaborating or integrating ThinkaBell tools into your platform, please reach out via the contact form or email us directly at mzhaider@thinkabell.com with details about your proposal.

Is there a way to support ThinkaBell?

The best way to support ThinkaBell is to use our tools, share them with others, and leave feedback. Word of mouth is incredibly powerful for a free platform like ours. If you have a blog or social media presence, mentioning ThinkaBell helps us reach more people who could benefit from free, private, online tools.

What kinds of messages do you actually respond to?

We respond to everything that comes through the form or direct email — bug reports, feature suggestions, tool requests, partnership ideas, and even notes saying a tool was helpful. The only messages we don't reply to individually are obvious spam or duplicate submissions. If you've taken the time to write to us, we consider it worth our time to write back.

Do you read feature requests even if they're short?

Absolutely. Some of our most popular tools started as two-line messages saying "it'd be cool if you had a tool that..." You don't need a detailed specification. A short description of what you're trying to do and what problem the tool would solve is more than enough for us to consider it. We keep a running list of all suggestions and prioritize based on what seems most useful to the most people.

Can I report a problem anonymously?

Yes. None of the fields in our contact form are shared outside our team, and you're welcome to leave the name field blank if you prefer. The only thing we need to act on a bug report is enough detail to understand and reproduce the problem. A working email helps if we need to follow up with questions, but it's not required.
